We are delighted to announce that our dedicated Service Centre is now open, situated 10 minutes away from our showroom on the Brook Industrial Park, Orpington.
Whilst we have offered services and MOT's for some time now, the opening of a dedicated site illustrates just how much our reputation has gathered pace as customers continue to return and spread the word about our professional service and friendly approach.
Our huge 15,000 sqft service centre is bigger than most main dealers’, with 13 service ramps allowing us to turn around cars quickly. Whilst the main dealer may have a 6-week lead time, we guarantee we can get your car booked in 5 days’ time.
Our team of experienced service technicians are fully qualified and have worked across multiple brands, which is why we’re able to service all brands, including; Audi, BMW, Porsche, Range Rover, Mercedes and Jaguar. We have all of the relevant diagnostic equipment to find and fix faults, and we use genuine original equipment manufacturer parts.
Yes! Block Exemption Regulations were introduced some years ago to prevent anti-competitive practices and abuse of dominant market positions. This means car owners are not obliged to take their car to a franchised dealer for servicing in order to maintain the manufacturer's warranty.
As a result of these rules, you needn’t wait unnecessarily long for a service, or pay over the odds. We use the same equipment and parts as a main dealer, but our costs are lower. Our friendly and pragmatic approach means you can join the hundreds of customers who have benefited from our better value servicing approach.

The Service Centre is conveniently located in Orpington’s Brook Industrial Park, right next to the Nugent Shopping Centre, and for added ease, customers can be dropped off and picked up at local train stations or take advantage of our premium courtesy cars that are available.
Alternatively, you may wish to stay with us – our premium business lounge has Wi-Fi so you can work in comfort whilst our reception staff look after you.
