Prestige uses Original Equipment parts to ensure that the manufacturer’s warranty remains valid. All our technicians are from a main dealership background and have a wealth of knowledge in every manufacturer we stock.

MOT’S FOR LIFE

As a benefit of the Prestige Cars Kent Service Plan you will also receive MOT’s for life, i.e. all MOT’s that are required until the transfer of vehicle ownership. These will be paid for by us, and the customer will be asked for authorisation before any resulting advised repair work is undertaken.

When it is time for a service or repair, go straight to a Prestige Cars Kent trained technician who will use the latest diagnostic technology in our state-of-the-art workshop, and use only main dealer approved parts at a fraction of main dealer prices. Our Service department consists of full-time fully qualified mechanics with years of automotive experience gained at a range of manufacturers.

We understand that unexpected maintenance costs can be a nasty surprise, so we pride ourselves on offering our customers maintenance packages that represent good value for money, with the additional benefit that you will also receive complimentary MOT’s for life with every service plan purchased.

Our Aftersales department will ask all the relevant questions needed to ensure we have a courtesy car and all necessary parts ready for the day of your service.

HOW ARE OUR SERVICE PLANS SO AFFORDABLE?

At Prestige Cars Kent, we are able to greatly reduce servicing costs due to fewer overheads. A main dealership may look very impressive with its elaborate showroom, but this all comes at a cost which is passed straight to the customer. Here at Prestige Cars Kent, we are able to save customers time and money, and retain them for life.

Cancellation Period

This product can be cancelled by giving formal written notice via an email to Prestige Cars Kent via manager@prestigecarskent.co.uk within 14 days of purchasing the product. Please state clearly your name, vehicle registration and the reason for cancellation. Please see Policy Terms for full cancellation terms and conditions.

  1.  Your service plan includes all items included in manufacturer intervals
  2. Plans are inclusive of parts & labour costs
  3. A premium courtesy car will be provided if necessary
  4. Complimentary visual and diagnostic health checks are carried out with each service
  5. If the MOT is due it will be carried out at no extra cost thanks to our MOT’s For Life Scheme
  6. Consumables & sundries covered; e.g. washer fluid, gloves etc.
  7. A team of mechanics with a wealth of main dealer service centre experience at a range of different manufacturers

Excluded​

Consumable parts not covered with the service plans:

  1. Tyres
  2. Disks
  3. Glass
  4. Pads
  5. Rubber Bushings
  6. Battery

Terms & Conditions

This service plan is non transferable to a new keeper/owner.

  1. With regards to transferring warranty/service plans to an alternative vehicle purchased from us, please discuss with the Prestige Cars Kent staff.
  2. The vehicle has to be booked in with our Service Manager at least 10 working days in advance of your service to ensure a courtesy car can be available, subject to availability.
  3. Parts are fitted by our suppliers. We will not fit your parts during the service plan unless previously discussed with the Service Manager.
  4. Services will only get carried out when they are due. As shown in the service book or by dashboard notification.
  5. Ensure service booking is arranged within 14 days of the service light appearing to avoid unnecessary wear on the vehicle.
  6. Customer modification to the engine bay causing service tasks to longer than on an unmodified engine bay will be recorded and charged to the customer at an agreed hourly rate.
  7. Courtesy cars are to be returned in the same condition with the same fuel level as when they left our premises.
  8. Courtesy cars are to be used only by the owner of the vehicle being serviced and will only be provided when the work is completed by Prestige Cars Kent. If work is completed by an external Bosch Approved Garage, a courtesy car will not be provided by Prestige Cars Kent.
  9. Courtesy cars will be returned when requested, on the day that the service is completed.
  10. Failure to return a courtesy car within the agreed time will incur a daily charge of £50 + VAT for each day the car is out after the agreed return time.
