Every vehicle that leaves our showroom includes a complimentary 12-month warranty, testament to the confidence we have in our stock. With there being no Third Party involved with the warranty, call us directly and our Service Manager will deal with your queries/booking. If you are a local customer, we will simply book the car in with ourselves and you bring it in on your appointed date. You will leave in a Prestige Cars Kent courtesy car and be on your way within 15 minutes.
If you aren't local to us, no need to worry! We will find your local Bosch approved garage for you to contact with your query where you can book in for an appointment. Let us know you have booked in so we can keep up to date with the Bosch approved garage to ensure the issue is being dealt with in the correct manner.
Extended & Upgraded Warranties
As well as the complimentary 12-month warranty given with every vehicle, there is also an option to both upgrade and extend the warranty. As there is no Third Party involved we are able to price the warranties extremely competitively with main dealerships and other prestige car dealerships. As well as our warranty plans being very affordable, the warranty itself is extremely comprehensive with many aspects of the vehicle covered in the event of a claim.
Alongside our extended and upgraded warranties, we also sell Service Plans; we can even combine the two prices to create an even more affordable and competitive package. Our Service department consists full-time fully qualified mechanics with years of automotive experience gained at a range of manufacturers. We have a state-of-the-art workshop with everything you could ever need whilst working on vehicles. We use the same products and parts as the Main Dealerships, but at a fraction of the cost.
