A minor service will consists of a full vehicle inspection alongside diagnostic checks, engine oil and filter replacement by one of our highly skilled Service Technicians. Minor Services are also often referred to as a basic or general service. They are generally carried out once a year or around 12,000 miles, however this really depends on our vehicle, engine type and also how your vehicle is being used. A Major Service will include all aspects of a Minor service with added extras as is required by the manufacturer. As you would guess, a Major service is more thorough, and more expensive as a result as it requires more time and parts. However, as they are less frequently required. For any car we service, we will follow manufacturer guidelines and use genuine parts. We'll only replace items after speaking to you, and if more work is required than you were expecting, don't forget that we offer 0% finance to cover unexpected bills so you don't need to compromise on the safety of your car.
