We are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Claims Handler to join our fast growing team. You must have previous experience in Automotive Warranty Claims.
Warranty Claims Handler Responsibilities:
Produce claims for work covered by our Prestige warranty plan for submission to our warranty provider or appropriate company for payment without any errors
Provide a professional administration service that contributes to complete customer satisfaction
Maintaining good working relationships between customers, warranty provider and management team
Work within an allocated budget set by the Management Team.
Following up warranty issues
Acknowledging all guidelines and policies
Answering warranty related queries
Have a proven track record of producing work to a high standard of accuracy
Experience of a DMS system would be highly advantageous
Solid Warranty Administration background or Service Administration background
Good organisational & communication skills
An ability to prioritise workload
