Service Advisor

Prestige Cars Kent based in Orpington Kent, is currently looking to hire a highly experienced Vehicle Service Advisor with exceptional up-selling skills.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle updates and additional work required.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure they return to us.
• Suggest and recommend suitable service plans, warranties and add-ons to customers.
• Look after the customer throughout their journey of them having their vehicle booked in.

Essential requirements:

• Must have previous experience working as a Service Advisor or Sales Executive.
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong customer facing skills
• Kerridge/CDK experience

Working days Monday to Friday 08:00-18.00pm and Saturday morning (8.30 to 1.00pm) 1 in 3 on rota.
