Site Manager

We are actively seeking to employ an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

  • Organise site for Customer viewings
  • Manage Valeters
  • Lock and unlock site
  • Communicate with Managers to ensure smooth running of the site
  • Meet and greet Customers upon their arrival to site
  • Maintain the exterior area of the site as well as moving vehicles around the site

You must have a full clean driving licence to apply for this position.

Hours of Work:

5 days a week (days to be arranged) between 7.45-6.45pm

Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

In addition, we offer 22 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays, a Work Place Pension.

Experienced Vehicle Mechanic

As an experienced Vehicle Mechanic, you will work on some of the most prestigious car brands in the world, including both stock vehicles and customer cars.

We require a skilled mechanic who will be experienced in:

  • fault-finding and diagnostics
  • timing belts and clutches
  • auto electrics
  • engines.

You must be an efficient individual who possesses extremely high attention to detail and can communicate effectively with staff, customers and suppliers in a positive manner.

You will be required to ensure tasks are professionally carried out in a timely, safe and economical manner with minimal waste.

As a self-motivated individual, you will be able to work successfully on your own initiative as well as within a team, have a responsible manner and a positive attitude.

Hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm with 1 hour for lunch

Saturday – 8.30am – 1pm (on rota)

Sales Executives

As a Sales Executive for Prestige Cars Kent you will receive training on both selling skills, processes and product knowledge however, suitable candidates must be passionate about customer’s service and be self-motivated to be part of our highly successful sales teams.

Key Objectives:

To build a rapport with customers and identify their requirements

To deliver excellent customer satisfaction

To make daily prospecting calls using our database and systems

To achieve and maintain a high level of vehicle sales including add-on sales

To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business

To act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction

Applicant’s requirements:

A strong car sales selling background or a sales background in other retail sectors is required for applicants

You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills.

You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment

You must be smart in appearance and well organised

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence

Hours of work:

5.5 days per week (includes one late night and weekend working on rota)

Salary & Benefits: £60,000 OTE, 22 days’ annual leave, Workplace Pension Scheme,
