Can we service a Jaguar still under warranty?

Absolutely! EU Block Exemption means independent garages like ourselves can service any car under manufacturer warranty, as long as we follow Jaguar's service schedule and use OEM parts. Customers tell us main dealers often have long lead times, or no courtesy car availability. With 13-service ramps, we promise fast appointments and there's a large Business Waiting Lounge for you to work in comfort whilst you wait. Alternatively, book one of our premium courtesy cars.In order to help save customers money, we often quote with OEM and alternative cheaper parts. If your car is still under a Jaguar warranty, just let us know and we can quote an accurate price.

This means we have access to JLR Technical Bulletins, have the ability to install Software Updates, and can update the official Jaguar Online Service History. How do I know what service is due?

Different models of Jaguar can have a different service schedule, even if they share common engines between models. If you don't have your owner's manual to hand, we can provide guidance if you supply us with the registration and current mileage. Generally though, all cars should be inspected once a year or every 10,000 miles - whichever comes sooner.

If you're unsure on the service history of your car, we have access to the official Jaguar Online Service History database. If your car is made after July 2013, history should be saved there for us to see.
