We are pleased to announce that there are new measures in place to help support our customers using vehicle finance that may be facing payment difficulties due to coronavirus (Covid-19).

Payment Freeze

If you are having temporary difficulties in meeting obligations for your finance or lease payments due to the coronavirus situation, our finance partners have been told they must now offer a 3 month payment freeze.

Fair Treatment

Above all, you will be treated fairly. That means no re-calculation of PCP balloon payments due to temporary depreciation of the car's value during the current situation. It also means if you have payment difficulties, your car can't be repossessed if you need to use it. Fair treatment will be overseen by the FCA.

More Options

If you are nearing the end of your PCP agreement, but don't have the money to cover the final balloon payment due to coronavirus-related payment difficulties, our finance partners have been instructed to work with you to find an appropriate solution.
